The Best Period Trackers Every Woman Should Use

best period trackers

Since a lot of my followers are babes, I have decided to share with you the best period trackers every woman should use and have on their phone to track periods, ovulation, and fertility.

Hey, it doesn’t mean my men followers shouldn’t read this! As a matter of fact, I know it can be scientifically proven that men who ”share” and monitor their partner’s periods, ovulation, and the likes avidly with them build stronger relationships.

The operative word here is ”together” mind you. Right!

Best Period Trackers

For a very long time, I was careless about tracking my period and ovulation cycles mostly because I am very regular. I also dated someone who was very versatile about the ”female body” and I practically left everything in his care.

Talk about giving up total control to someone else! I should take my own ADVICE seriously.

Well, I did land in trouble. That is a story for another day, folks. For now, let us concentrate on the best period trackers you should be using to avoid getting into trouble or for knowing your fertile periods, so you could plan a sexy dinner for your boo.

You can thank me later after reading this and sharing it with all the other boss babes out there.

Okay, let’s get in the grind!

Best Period Trackers

Whilst period trackers aren’t meant to be substitutes for doctor’s prescriptions and advice (okay, that is my disclaimer right there lol) they come in handy and useful in tracking a whole lot for you especially if you suffer severe mood swings like I do when I am having my periods.

What’s more? They are absolutely free tools! Who doesn’t like freebies?

1. Flo Period Tracker

best period trackers

This one takes the cake for me. You guessed right! It is my favorite and the one I am using.

It has been a lifesaver and has been very helpful in tracking not only ovulation and fertility but also my moods and other symptoms. Hello PMS!

If you and your partner are trying NOT to have a child but do not want to use condoms, the Flo period tracker is great as it will show you the times you are very safe.

After all, having a good plan and setting goals is a good thing

It also has features for Period reminders, PMS tracking, Ovulation stats, plan for pregnancy, etc

What I love most about this app is that it provides a whole lot of info about the female body and female health-related issues. Take, for instance, their new post on how to use a menstrual cup, videos on how to insert tampons, what happens to your body during ovulation, etc.

What more? Over 80 million women are currently using the Flo period tracker. You should hop on the bandwagon too.

Excellent apps. I quite often would use Clue, however as my period is so irregular I never do remember to use it when the time comes.

That is why we love freebies! If you can get what you want from the free version, I don’t think there’s any reason to get the paid version but then again, if the paid version of a tool offers a better resource than the free version, then I believe it is a good idea to get it!

I’ve used and loved a couple of these! My favorite tracker is Hormone Horoscope. It’s not really great for keeping track of your flow, but it’s kind of awesome for keeping up with your mood. It estimates how you’ll be feeling on any given day based on where you are in your cycle. So far, it’s been super accurate for me. I’ve been using it about a month or so.
