Honing my writing abilities

From quite a tender age, I have always had a flair for writing and reading. I put off writing when I was 20 years after an experience that shook the foundation of my beliefs. Before then, I had written a collection of poems and a book (never completed) which got missing. There were no backups. I didn’t have a computer, my parents didn’t and no one I knew had one lol. It was a devastating time and it impacted negatively on me. I practically stopped writing. I was “unmotivated”. I couldn’t find the zeal to write. I have written a little here and there but I have never thought about really putting them in a book or journal for keep sake.

I have always wanted to be a writer. A fiction writer. A publisher. Writing and Reading are my first love. I have decided that I need to truly hone this God given gift. I know that there may be millions out there who may be better than I am but then like they say, no venture no success!

This is what has given birth to the idea of having a blog. A blog to express my views and peoples opinions about life, every day living, relationships, careers, health, safety, fashion, innovation, technology etc.

I implore you to join me on a journey of self discovery. A roller coaster ride, good times, crazy times, amazing moments, hilarious motions and even the “not too good” moments because life is a balance…….

Follow me! Like posts! Make comments! Looking forward to this amazing journey!

Thank you for reading!

Wish you succes and much inspiration. By writing this blog and receiving comments, you will be able to hone your writing skills. Wellchosen words and a crisp style make all the difference. Being critical about yourself and always searching for proof of the opposite will further enhance the quality of the texts and the quality of the mind processing ideas, words, lines, topics.
